I've internationally exhibited in many mediums, as well as nationally (in the UK) over 20 times, including with the Tate, with the Mayflower 400 initiative, a space arts and God's House Tower. I work traditionally in physical mediums such as watercolour, oil paint, acrylics, gouache, coloured pencil, charcoal and graphite. I graduated with a First Class BA Honours in Fine Art from Southampton University. I run workshops for groups locally, and work with therapeutic art techniques. I'm well-versed in grant writing, having achieved 3 successful grants to date and my work is featured in a number of publications. I have been fortunate enough to have works in private collections. My hours are flexible, and the range of mediums I work in is too. I have experience teaching, and am bilingual in English and Greek.

I am a professional visual artist with more than 30 years of experience exhibiting, researching and developing my practice internationally. I offer individual art lessons and mentoring for students of different ages and levels, from beginners who want to learn how to draw or paint to more experienced artists who want to develop a stronger and more personal body of work. Lessons are adapted to each student. We can work with observational drawing, painting, composition, materials and technique, but also with ideas, references, art history, sketchbooks and the development of your own visual language. I also work with students preparing portfolios and applications for art schools, universities, residencies and other professional opportunities, as well as artists who feel stuck and want to rethink or strengthen their creative practice. My aim is not simply to teach you how to reproduce an image, but to help you understand what you want to make, why you want to make it, and how to develop the skills and references necessary to make it your own. Almost every musician can play some piano, but that does not mean they are pianists or piano teachers. I offer piano lessons at your place for an affordable price. I have a diploma in piano pedagogy. I studied didactics and methodology for teaching piano. I use modern methods and piano books. I have a big collection of music sheets available for my students. I am also interested in discovering historical methods of piano pedagogy that were used by the biggest composers such as W. A. Mozart and J. S. Bach. My experiences: I've been teaching for 12 years and have taught almost 40 students, among them around 5 adults. I have an individual approach that will fit your needs, for instance, we can strictly follow the piano books, or we can improvise and play songs without music score or without talking about music theory.
