Trusted teacher: Graduated in Translation and Interpreting (English, Pablo de Olavide University), I am also a holder of the C1 Advanced (Cambridge), with an overall average score in the CAE Exam of 198, and a great passion for translation and language teaching, especially that of the English and French languages. I also have the European Master in Early Childhood and Primary Education (Euroinnova Formación Business School), the MAES and the Master's Degree in Spanish Language Teaching. Since I finished my degree, I have had the opportunity to work as a private English teacher for several families and students in Early Childhood Education, Primary School, Compulsory Secondary Education and university students, with very satisfactory results, as an assistant English teacher from official levels B1 to C1 ( Cambridge and Trinity) at the Language School of the Altair Educational Center in Seville, and as an English and Primary and Compulsory Secondary Education reinforcement teacher and assistant at the MIMOS Bilingual Academy-Playroom in Alcalá de Guadaíra (Seville). My classes, which could without any problem cover students of all ages (from small children to adults wanting to learn new things) and on any subject (although if they were related to the English language, better) would try to be valuable, productive and intense, but at the same time dynamic and entertaining. Serious, responsible and pleasant professional. If you are interested in hiring my services, do not hesitate to send me a message to, if you wish, arrange an interview in which I can demonstrate my knowledge, experience and skills.

Trusted teacher: This 8 session course (60 minutes each session) has three interrelated goals: have students understand the basics of Middle Egyptian hieroglyphs, make students aware of the variety of reputable non-print/ print sources that are out there for Egyptology/ ancient history overall, and enable students to be able to go into a museum or exhibit of Egyptian artifacts and translate common phrases of five fold royal titulary, pronouns, Offering Formula, etc. In sum I want students to be able to apply to a so-called ‘dead language” real world examples. This will be accomplished through discussion, lectures, and relevant PowerPoint slides. I will use PowerPoint slides to show students examples from real life objects that match up with the grammatical lesson theme for that week. Keeping in mind that different students have different learning styles and methods to have content ‘click’, for most of the weeks I have also put optional links (to web sources or youtube videos) that either restate and/or give further info for that week's grammar theme. Depending on student preference and desires multiple choice quizzes are also possibilities. I will teach hieroglyphic words/phrases having to do with monarchy/kingship, members of a family, masculine and feminine versions of words, and words/phrases commonly found on private/royal stelae that concern offerings to deceased. Just like my other offered courses, students can choose to take all eight or just select the themes that draw them in the most. We do not have to follow the order listed in the content breakdown. Content Breakdown Class 1: Introduction to the Language and Its Format Assigned reading Class 2: Uniliteral signs/ Structure Things Mentioned in Week 1 Class 3: Biliteral/ Triliteral Signs in Detail Class 4: Nouns Class 5: Nouns continued with focus on Offering Formula Class 6: Pronouns Class 7: Adjectives Class 8: Full Just Objects Review and/ or challenges to student to translate during that 60 minute time chunk

Trusted teacher: • My teaching techniques and methods: * Techniques used according to the profiles and needs of the students, as well as the planning courses: direct, indirect and interactive teaching. - Direct teaching is defined by a deductive approach: first presentation of the rule illustrated by examples. Concepts of presentation, explicit teaching, independent exercises, demonstration, etc. - Indirect teaching is characterized by an inductive approach: research, problem solving, discovery and decision-making lead to the acquisition of knowledge. Notions of reasoning, discussion, hypotheses, conclusions, help in developing thoughts and solving problems, curiosity, creativity, stimulation, learning process, observation, interpretation, synthesis, etc. - Interactive teaching is supported by thoughtful discussion and sharing. Notions of debates, role-playing, cooperative learning, etc. * The techniques implemented vary according to the profiles and aspirations of the students. Thus, the first lesson is entirely or partly dedicated to the framing of the student's needs and to the structuring of the course that he will follow over several weeks. * In the context of homework help/tutoring, we move forward as the water progresses, according to the specific needs of the students. The resources mobilized are in particular the materials transmitted by the students' teachers, my own resources and methods (resulting from my years of study, my personal research, etc.), and any other available resources. * As part of a thematic course, a schedule is ideally set in advance. • Typical course of one of my courses: * Exchange time of a few minutes to find out where the student is and of the "weather of emotions and fatigue" type to adjust the course if necessary * Lesson time whose time is distributed differently between moments of explanations, exercises, exchanges, questions/answers, etc. * Final discussion time of a few minutes to take stock of the session and plan what will be done in the next class. • My specificities as a teacher: * I am very attentive, very patient, able to value all work and progress. I love the transmission which is done in an original way thanks to my mixed profile nourished by the rigor and richness of higher education as well as the pragmatism of the business environment. • Who are my courses aimed at (diploma, level, class, specificities, etc.)? * All students from the 6th to the License looking for methodological advice and orientation assistance. * All students between 6th and 12th for all subjects. * 1st and Terminale students taking these subjects: Economics and Social Sciences, French, History, Sociology, Philosophy, languages (English and Spanish), Mathematics (Bac ES level). * Higher education students up to License 2/3 level in these subjects: Economics, Sociology, History, Management, Financial Analysis, Business Strategy.
