I was raised bilingual (Dutch and French), I did my primary school in the Netherlands, after that I lived in Geneva for ten years where I completed a pre-university education (Matura) in Geneva, Switzerland. After that I obtained a Bachelor in International Development Studies (social sciences) at Wageningen University.

In Geneva I tutored primary school students in Mathematics and German. There I also taught French to refugees. During my studies in Wageningen I taught French for 6 months to international Master students at ISOW. I also gave private English lessons to primary school students in Slovenia.
