Who I am:

I'm Larissa, 21 years old and currently studying social and communication sciences. The lectures and seminars in sociology, social science and social psychology are my main concerns in my studies. Soon I will switch to social work to push this area even more.

I did mediation training in 8th grade and have been licking blood ever since. Even at school I attended and organized any intercultural workshops myself, invested my time and heart in various extracurricular projects and tried to absorb as many perspectives as possible. Now I am a member of the board of a listening telephone, active in the student council and I am contributing to our university newspaper. My personal position is that there is no such thing as bilingualism: there is always a language that suffers attrition, and one language that prevails, mostly because of its prestigious standing over the other language.
