I used to work in Costa smeralda (italy) in summertime since 10 years, my background allows me to teach in both pools and open water as the client needs.

Also mixed schedules with exercise out of water are offered.

In this swimming course, I guide children and adults in developing safety, confidence, and enjoyment in the water. The course is suitable for both beginners and those who want to improve their technique.

With my many years of experience as a swimmer and competitive athlete, I teach the fundamentals of swimming, water familiarization, breathing techniques, and basic swimming strokes step by step. Advanced swimmers receive targeted technique training for breaststroke, backstroke, or freestyle.

I work patiently, with motivation and individually, so that each person can progress at their own pace. The goal is to reduce fear, gain confidence, and experience water as a positive place.
