Through reflective discussions, guided exercises, and creative movement (if it feels right for you), we will co-create a safe space to explore what experiences, emotions and learnings have shaped your understanding of the way you regard these topics and how they affect the way you live your life. I am a Death Doula and Grief Educator and believe in the power of listening, not only to others even more attentively than we usually do, but to ourselves, to our ancestors and the more than human world. I believe facilitating meaningful experiences that foster connection to the world and life around us through these topics is radical activism in our current times.
