YOGA JOURNEY ;

You will be able to practice yoga techniques that combine body and spirit in order to achieve
a state of clarity. The potential for becoming...
Our true selves are always and will always want to be okay.
We are learning methods and tools to get closer to the real truth through yoga and this class.
We exercise and harken in order to become more aware of who we truly are.

ECSTATIC DANCE JOURNEY ;

Learn how to move your body freely without feeling guilty or ashamed. Connect with the music and the world around you to get closer to your true self. Dance as if you've never danced before, without regard for how you look or who is watching.
Allow yourself to be in the moment and enjoy every aspect of it. This sounds fantastic, but does it only happen when you're drunk or something? Here you can have fun and let go of all the stored emotions that you no longer need, and feel weightless and free without the aid of anything.
It's just you, yourself, and the music on a magical journey home.

I offer a wide range of dance styles, including Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba, Merengue, Bolero, and Slow dance. Whether you have months or just a few weeks before your wedding, rest assured that I will ensure both of you are fully prepared to make your first dance as a married couple unforgettable and unexpected. Let's make your family proud of witnessing such a beautiful and magical moment!

Observing my students learn something new for themselves brings me immense joy. With over 10 years of experience in Latin dance, including workshops abroad and a show on Latin Village I bring a wealth of expertise. Growing up in a dance studio as the son of two Latin dance school owners, I have mastered a diverse range of dance styles. I am dedicated to sharing the beauty and social development that dance brings into people's lives. Allow me to be your perfect guide on this tropical dance journey.

I am not only a dancer and dance teacher, but also a passionate advocate for the deeper roots of positive energy and connection in dance. My priority is to evoke emotions, express character, and harmonize the body movements of my students, but most of all; have FUN. I work closely with each individual to ensure they achieve their personal goals.

I am Hend a dance instructor from Egypt, I teach bellydance and was an assistant instructor for salsa dancing in Latin love studios in Egypt.

I am keen on presenting a tailored workshop specifically designed for a non-Arabic demographic. Leveraging my rich Egyptian heritage and extensive background in dance instruction, I envision crafting an engaging course that not only showcases the beauty of belly dance but also serves as a cultural immersion experience.

If you are keen to learn about Egyptian bellydance, exercise in a fun way and listen to new and uplifting music.

I started my journey of learning how to shuffle/cut shapes a little over a year and a half ago and it ignited a flame of passion in me like nothing had in a very long time. I'd say it's turned into a somewhat spiritual experience for me. Although there is of course still a lot for me to learn and improve on and I feel like my journey has just started, I feel confident that I can help others get started on their own journey. My fundamentals as well as my knowledge and understanding of the dance are pretty solid and I would never try to teach you something that is outside of my expertise. I think at the end of the day though, the most important thing with dance is to just have fun and to learn to find confidence and freedom in your expression through it, so most of all I hope I can help you find that.
