I will teach English to Individuals of all ages. I am TEFL qualified with both online and classroom experience and will teach individuals to improve IELTS and Business English.
I offer a free 30 minute trail lesson for £1.

In person lessons (for both individuals and groups will typically be conducted in any suitable public space in York typically York library).

Extra information
For online lessons, you will need a working laptop, with a good camera and a speaker/headset with access to Microsoft teams. I will also be using Google documents in the lesson, and for homework. Screenshare will also be used. The above is non-negotiable. These platforms are chosen for good reason.
For In person lessons, you are encouraged to bring a bag, laptop and a snack. The York library also has a cafe if need be.

Hi All, My name is Alex. I live in the U.K close to the great city of York!
I have an undergraduate degree in Economics and Management and a Postgraduate Certificate in Ecological Economics (both from the University of Leeds). I recently discovered the joys of teaching the English language via TEFL and I'm looking forward to continuing my teaching journey.
