I offer drawing and comics lessons for beginners. With extensive experience in drawing workshops for children, my classes offer the creation of characters, as well as their staging in a comic strip, which will allow us to learn the fundamentals together: sketches, storyboard, inking, color and story. At the end of the course, the comic strip can also be printed in a booklet so that the student has a concrete fruit of his work. I studied 5 years at the fine arts school in Angoulême, where I was able to perfect my mastery of drawing and storytelling. I am very aware that each person thinks differently while improvising: personal exercises are given, depending on your needs. Applied music theory lessons are a support of this class. I integrate chord theory into practical saxophone lessons, making a key connection between ear and theory. I started playing classical saxophone, and I am currently a Jazz saxophone student at the conservatory of Brussels. Switching to Jazz made me analyse my own behaviour in improvising, which I find a crucial step in development. Feel free to reach out! Who the courses are for: anyone who wants to learn English from scratch or who wants to improve their level of English (up to B2). I am also happy to teach children. The location: I would like the location not to be too far from the city, preferably in a library or a quiet place. I can also teach at home, but this will have to be discussed with my roommates. Availability: I do not yet know the final hours of my internship, but in principle I will not be available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. From then on, I am available, especially on weekends. The method: At the beginning, it is a good idea to do a test according to the level you want to achieve in order to determine which are the most important aspects to improve. Then the lessons will be organized according to the student's personal or professional interests, because I think it is more effective and more fun to learn a language when you combine learning with something you love.
