This course will introduce you to the world of computer programming.
We will start with very basic of how the computer system works. Then we will explore how you can instruct a computer to perform some simple tasks for you using simple English algorithms.
From there we can slowly start with a real-world programming language like JAVA.
At the end of the course, you can expect yourself to write small programs for simple tasks.

Since early childhood I have been obsessed with computers. All my degrees have been in the domain of computer science from high school to bachelor, master and a PhD in Information Systems I chose not to to finish at the last moment. Instead I chose to co-found a spin-off that became the most successful Belgian tech company, for which I was CTO for years.

At university I was a teaching assistant and enjoyed giving hands-on courses very much. My education and experience is pretty broad so it would be laundry list of programming languages, conceptual modelling techniques and database implementations.. But some of my favourites are python, ruby, C/C++ and Java. But trust me the principles are all the same.
