I am specialize in tutoring French, English and Law for High school and university student. I am a French native speaker from Brussels and was at school in Dutch. Consequently it is easy for me to teach French to Dutch native speaker. Besides, I completed my legal training last year after 5 years of law ( 3 years of Bachelor and 2 years of Master in Belgium) and decided to apply for a LLM program in International Law in Amsterdam. My goals is to keep students challenged, but not overwhelmed. I'll try to be the most accurate and efficient as possible by providing homework and periodic progress reports

Thanks to my multicultural education, I got the chance to learn languages very young and very fast. Indeed, born in a french speaking family in Belgium, i was put in a Dutch school where I learnt the language. Besides, my interest for language brought me to the learning of English but also German ( I lived for a semester in Vienna) and Chinese ( I learnt it for 4 years). On the top of that, I chose to study law which is in my opinion an amazing area that enables the student to understand better the world he is living in as law has an incredible influences on the structure of a society.
Always passionate about what i am undertaking, I appreciate to convey my interests and knowledge to the student. In Belgium, I gave several tutorial lesson to high school and university student that were always nice moment of exchange and learning.

I create a learning experience (content and pace) adapted to your needs: speaking fluently, DELF/ DALF test preparation, conversations to help with travel or relocation or simply the pleasure of talking about subjects you are interested in. We can have our lessons in a relaxed atmosphere, enjoying various aspects of learning a language. It's not just about memorizing complex conjugations!

I work with a variety of online resources, all of which is shared with you after the lesson. For structure and to evaluate progress, I also work with certain books depending on the level and the requirement. International Law is a fast-growing area of law in an increasingly globalised world.

Taught by the Founder and Director of the World Moot on International Law and Animal Rights, this class combines Public International Law theory with practice. It taught through traditional lessons imparting substantive legal knowledge and legal skills training, including in the form of mooting exercises. We also work on techniques and strategies for assessments, and, to test the student's knowledge, engage in exercises in the form of mock assessments (essays and problem questions) that are graded by the tutor.

Singing in French is no easy task, but as a native speaker and opera singer, I can help you!

We work on pronunciation together, first working on spoken text: getting acquainted with the French sounds and accent and working on how to make sure it sounds French even to a native French! When that's working well, we apply it to the singing.
If you want to practice on your own, I can record the text for you.

I always motivate my students to do their best and to speak in French during class. I always give homework to practice writing skills.
From B1 level we talk about news and culture, my lessons are always concrete and goal oriented. Repetition is also part of my lessons, so that students can learn new material with confidence.
Finally I also offer Delft exam training from A1 to B2 levels - a diploma that is required for many Hotel Schools and also to be able to work and study in French-speaking countries.
