Polish for Foreigners with Native Speaker in Warsaw

From 33 C$ /h

Hi! 👋 I’m a native Polish speaker with over 2 years of experience teaching foreigners at a private language school.

I use apps and my own materials to help you keep learning even after the lesson. You’ll get Quizlet sets with Polish-English sentences and audio recordings, so you can practice vocabulary, pronunciation, and listening anytime.

My goal is to make you an independent learner from day one. Lesson prices these days can be ridiculous, so I want to help you get the most out of every class. With this method, we can reduce the number of lessons to a minimum while still helping you make consistent progress on your own.

See you in class! 😊

Its a essential to partake effectively during the lesson to be able to built a strong base for improvement. The student is in the control seat though my part is to impress upon the need for revision and constant learning away from out lessons.

I am fully qualified tutor with over 10 years of professional experience: teaching on every level, from beginners to advanced, group classes and individual f2f, adults and kids and finally face to face classes and online as well. Online classes are becoming more and more popular and after few years of experience I may say it is a brilliant solution!

In a few words how: classes are planned carefully. We use the interactive online educational whiteboard. This board is connected to Skype and has many functions for example: student can edit the document and the trainer can see it, the whiteboard allows to upload any document to be used as the backround for the lesson, whiteboard sessions are stored so the student can review the lesson afterwards... and more functions so the student feels like in a classroom ! :-)

Students are very happy with that way of working. And I believe nowadays you have already experienced the remote meetings/ chats etc. So that it would not be a challenge for you to use it.

Come and have a go! :-)

Hi, I'm Marcin, a native Polish speaker from Warsaw. I work with Polish website and app content, helping it sound clear and natural.

In our lessons, we'll practise the Polish people use every day: chatting with friends, shopping, meeting new people and talking about your interests. We can explore casual expressions and a little slang too, including when it is appropriate to use them.

I'm learning English myself and have also started learning Brazilian Portuguese. I know the feeling of wanting to say something but not finding the words. I'll give you time to think, explain corrections calmly and help you feel comfortable speaking.

Whether you're learning your first Polish words or want more conversation practice, we'll choose a starting point that suits you. Lessons are mainly in Polish, with simple English support when needed. We'll use conversation, short everyday situations and pronunciation practice at your pace.
