Hi, my name is Matej, 20 years old and I have been competitively swimming for 10 years and coaching swimming for almost 3 years now.

Trainings are for non-swimmers to advanced swimmers where we can work on learning new swimming styles and correcting technique. Time to time I will be also joining for the swim to demonstrate technique and take a nice bath in chlorine swimming pool. In case that you would start drowning I also have lifeguard certificate :)

Although I am schooled in taking care of the body, mind, heart (emotions) and spirit, I feel like it is really my own journey and experiences which qualifies me to empower others to overcome challenges of the body, mind, emotions and spirit. In this class in a beautiful setting you will:
- Learn mindfulness & meditation techniques
- Techniques to better get a hold on your emotions
- Learn self-compassion
- Move your body in a healthy way
- Receive tips on foods to eat for total wellness
- Learn how to connect with your inner self

Personal coaching with the use of a horse as an aid. It is a nice effective way of coaching with body work, systemic work and the Cref method. Emotion regulation, fears, addiction, awareness, reconnecting with yourself, discovering what are your triggers and why, from survival to life, are a few examples where these methods can be used well.

As both a psychologist and an experienced swimmer, I connect naturally with children and teenagers, creating a supportive and enjoyable environment. Through fun, engaging activities, I help them feel safe, confident, and free in the water while teaching them essential swimming skills at their own pace.
