Basic sciences for high school and middle school

From 31 C$ /h

We will cover the scientific concepts in the curriculum to better prepare students for the specialized subject exams and continuous assessment in high school. I can also provide support to middle school students.
As a former student in preparatory classes for the Grandes Écoles (CPGE), I have developed a study method that allows me to focus on the essentials while covering all the program requirements. I will help you master scientific concepts and delve deeper into them if needed, as well as understand what is expected of you in assignments and exams (especially syntax).

Currently a young graduate in International Affairs, I would be delighted to help you or your children in French, modern languages, mathematics, physics, chemistry or even science of life and the earth. I also speak 3 languages (German, English and Spanish) and have obtained my baccalaureate with honors.
Feel free to contact me for more information !

Hello, I am a student in engineering (4th year).

I want to give support classes to students at (high school). I try to adopt an approach that allows the student to have confidence in him and to be autonomous.

I also try to adapt according to the level and character of each student so that we have satisfactory results after a few sessions.

For further information do not hesitate to contact me.
See you soon .

Student in the second year of the engineering cycle in Materials at the Ecole Polytechnique Universitaire de Lille, I offer private lessons in Mathematics and Physics for primary school students, and high school classes ranging from sixth to final class . The goal is to address students' difficulties with classroom concepts, to enable them to assimilate their lessons, to fill their gaps, and to increase the level of students.

I have a degree in Mechanical engineering and like all engineering disciplines, a strong mathematics is the most desired quality expected by employers. Taking mathematics tutoring helps me be updated and prepared with solid mathematical foundation, along with this i get to help future students achieve their professional goal.

Currently studying in the first year of engineering school (École Centrale de Lille), after 2 years of preparatory classes Maths Sup / Maths Spé at Bordeaux High School, I propose to give courses in Mathematics and Physics to students of all levels.
I have experience in teaching and my good sense of relationship allows me to give dynamic lessons.
I am used to adapting to all types of students and their own difficulties to make them progress as much as possible.
I can move home to Lille and its surroundings but also give lessons by webcam
Do not hesitate to contact me for further information !

My teaching method is based on practice. However, before tackling the exercises you need to know your course inside out. My lessons start first with an oral plan that we will set up with the student. My courses are aimed at young people of primary or college having difficulties in Maths.

I think the price I am offering is very low compared to the market. I myself am a graduate student and not a professional, that's why I try to offer a suitable rate for everyone

Primary school is a compulsory passage for each child in order to teach them the basics of education. This is why I offer my services to support and help your children to progress.

I also offer myself as a proofreader for students, particularly with regard to dissertations and theses (prices may vary for students).

I am Omar, a tutor in Mathematics for all school levels, I have 3 years of experience in this field. My support method is based on the simplification of the course via concrete examples, the handling of exercises of increasing degree of difficulty and good preparation for the exams.
Succeeding is much easier with me!

I am preparatory class biology / maths / physics chemistry in 2nd year (completed).
I offer courses up to the 1st year of sup in svt, maths, physics chemistry and English, in particular in addition to school lessons, or even to help with homework.

Mathematics is a fascinating subject but poses certain difficulties for students in general. this material has always been my passion. so, for all those who do not like math or find it difficult, I am at your disposal to help you and accompany you with all your courses taught in the subject (algebra, analysis...)

I am a doctoral student in Mathematics and Applications.
Depending on your level, I can help you understand mathematical concepts and provide some in-depth study to boost your level. I am committed to teaching you the art of doing mathematics, explaining the different techniques needed to solve a math problem, and helping you understand your lessons.

To give effective lessons, it is important to adopt a pedagogical approach adapted to each student. This means first understanding the needs and abilities of the student and then adapting their teaching style accordingly. you also have to be patient, encouraging and caring while remaining professional. I must be able to explain concepts clearly and concisely, and provide concrete examples to help students understand and apply the concepts taught. I also need to provide constructive feedback and positive encouragement to help students build their self-confidence. Finally, a tutor must follow the progress of their students and adjust their teaching method accordingly, proposing additional activities or providing additional explanations if necessary. By adopting these practices, tutors can help their students achieve their learning goals and realize their potential.

Hello !

A striking phrase from my students: in class it's never clear but with you I understand everything!

I'm Lucas, 28 years old, and I'm passionate about teaching math and physics. For the past six years, I've been tutoring students of all ages and levels, aiming to make these subjects more accessible and less intimidating. If you're struggling a bit with math or physics, I'm here to help you regain confidence and progress at your own pace!

Each session is tailor-made for you: I take the time to prepare exercises and explanations adapted to your needs. It is not just a repetition of lessons, it is personalized support so that you achieve your goals, whether it is to catch up, prepare for an exam or simply go further in your knowledge.

My goal? That you enjoy learning and progress quickly thanks to captivating lessons, in a relaxed but serious atmosphere!

If you want to talk about it, don't hesitate to contact me to organize a first session!

See you soon,
Lucas

Mathematics up to high school level is actually very accessible. I think that you really need to understand what numbers are, that is to say, not just think of them as numbers but you need to be able to visualize them because it is basically an abstract concept that needs to be made tangible.

I am here to achieve this goal and to fully understand the different aspects of this subject.

My method is based primarily on adapting to the student: their level, their objectives, their difficulties, and their way of thinking. I can support a student who wants to consolidate their foundations as well as a more advanced student who wants to delve deeper or prepare for scientific studies.

A typical session usually unfolds in four stages:
1. Quickly review the concepts covered, the difficulties encountered, and any questions since the previous session.
2. Identify the problem precisely using a few questions or short exercises. I prefer to target the actual difficulty rather than unnecessarily revisiting an entire chapter.
3. Review the concept clearly and progressively, then solve a first exercise together, explaining the reasoning and the different steps.
4. Gradually move towards autonomy: I then allow the student to explore more independently, while intervening when they get stuck or when an error reveals a misunderstanding.

I place great importance on reasoning. My goal is not for the student to memorize a recipe for a specific type of exercise, but for them to understand the concepts well enough to be able to reuse them in a new situation.

In mathematics and physics, this involves understanding the assumptions, methods, and logic behind the calculations. In computer science, I also emphasize practical application: understanding a problem, breaking it down, constructing a solution, and then analyzing any errors.

The sessions can of course be adapted to the needs of the moment: review of the course, exercises, homework, preparation for a test or exam, further study or work methodology.
