About Me

My name is Denise Reynoard. I am a Mexican-French singer, vocal coach, and Spanish language teacher with a double academic background in music and literature.

I hold a Master’s degree in Vocal Performance, Musicology, and Music Education from the Escola Superior de Música de Catalunya (ESMUC) in Barcelona, and I am certified in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language (ELE – Instituto Cervantes). I also completed studies in Spanish Literature in Monterrey, Mexico.

For over 8 years, I have been teaching students in Mexico, Spain, Germany, and Austria in both artistic and academic contexts. My work includes private teaching, institutional collaborations, and vocal coaching for professional artistic projects.

My teaching is structured but flexible, adapting to each student’s level, goals, and background. I focus on creating a supportive and respectful learning environment where progress is clear, consistent, and sustainable.

Whether in singing or Spanish language learning, I emphasize clarity, practical understanding, and confidence-building through step-by-step development.

I have experience working with students from very diverse cultural and educational backgrounds, and I particularly enjoy supporting international learners.

Professional Experience:
Since 2013, I have worked as a language and music educator, translator, and writer in academic, artistic, and professional contexts.
I have extensive experience teaching Spanish and English in private lessons and in-company training, working with both children and adults at different levels.
Alongside teaching, I have worked as a translator of academic texts, audiovisual content (including YouTube subtitles), and editorial materials.

Since 2016, I have been working as a singing and music teacher, combining vocal pedagogy with my artistic career as a professional singer.

To the uninitiated, a grammar book seems to be written in another language because the meaning of the words is incomprehensible. In a down-to-earth way, I'll translate the grammar into familiar words. With my tailor-made teaching you will accelerate your learning while having a positive mindset.

You can book a complete course with regular sessions or individual lessons to overcome a specific problem, such as pronunciation or a particular point in grammar.

Learning a foreign language is not a linear process that consists of memorising a list of words, and speaking a foreign language is not an oral translation exercise.

There are two types of approaches to acquiring knowledge:

When asked what year follows 1999, you can immediately answer 2000 without having to think for a long time and, above all, without having memorised each number individually, starting with 1, 2, 3 ... You know that numbers are formed according to a certain pattern. With only ten digits, you can form an infinite number of numbers and always know which number comes next.

When it comes to the alphabet, words and sentences, it's more or less the same, but school pedagogy, school textbooks and regular lessons still follow the rote learning approach. In the lessons I propose, you will learn to use patterns because this is more efficient and faster.

Learning is easy, but unlearning bad habits is extremely difficult. This makes it all the more important to learn the right reflexes as early as possible.
