About Me
Born in Geneva, I started playing the harp there at the age of 6. My musical studies then took me to London, where I obtained a bachelor's degree with honors from Trinity Laban Conservatoire then to Munich, from where I received a master's degree with the highest grade in one of the most prestigious schools in Germany, the Hochschule für Musik und Theater.
These experiences abroad taught me a lot, musically and humanly, and imbued me with values of tolerance and open-mindedness which are reflected in my teaching.
My practice of the harp for more than 20 years as well as my experience teaching many students in Switzerland, Germany and England make me an attentive, motivating and flexible teacher.
Motivated by sharing, I particularly like playing in orchestras (Augsburger Philharmoniker, the Cameristi de la Scala, the Swiss Youth Symphony Orchestra, the Geneva Symphony Orchestra, the London City Philharmonic, the Academy of the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra ), as a soloist (recently with the Appassionato ensemble in Mozart's Concerto for Flute and Harp), and in chamber music. I am a founding member of the Levedy Ensemble quintet, made up of four singers and myself on harp, an ensemble whose aim is to highlight the little-known works of women composers. I also collaborate regularly with dancers, actors and videographers.
