Last year I worked as a social mediator (link worker), translator and interpreter in 'C.A.I.' ('Centro de Apoyo al Inmigrante', Immigrants' Help Center).

Just to mention other job experiences connected to foreign trade and Customer Service I worked both as an office assistant and a sort of personal secretary in an import company specialized on seafood for four years and in several occasions I worked as a call operator in help desks for house and mobile phone companies and in a bank too. I am well acquainted with foreign trade terms and business language since I worked negotiating shipments and letters of credit terms and dealing directly with suppliers, sea insurance companies representatives and a bank manager. I was in charge of keeping track of all cargos, deliveries and arrival of containers from abroad.
