Education
Graduate in Catalan Language and Literature (2022), from the University of the Balearic Islands, and Master's in Cultural Management (2024), from the University of Valencia. During her undergraduate and master's studies, she has delved into the rich legacy of the Menorcan folklorist Antoni Orfila Pons. For her undergraduate dissertation, she focused on editing all the fairy tales published in the “Página Menorquina” of El Bien Público, not only those by Orfila, but which were the majority. Subsequently, for his Master's Final Project, he deepened his research and catalogued all the material published by Orfila in this Menorcan newspaper, not only from a philological point of view but also taking as a starting point the heritage value of all this material. This work allowed him to gain a more complete view of his work, which facilitates the editing task now being undertaken for the doctoral thesis, provisionally entitled "The Fixation of Folklore in the Mediterranean at the Turn of the Century: edition and cataloguing of a corpus", supervised by Jaume Guiscafrè (University of the Balearic Islands) and Eulàlia Miralles (University of Valencia). These projects have been recognised with several awards: on the one hand, the undergraduate thesis received awards for the best undergraduate thesis and also from the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters at the UIB; on the other hand, the master's thesis received the Xavier Gómez Award from the UV and also the Extraordinary Master's Award.
