It is well known that today it is more than necessary to know languages, which is why we all know "English" as the universal language. In this course I will be your advisor/teacher of English, you will learn vocabulary, grammar, hear it and speak it. So on until you achieve full understanding of it.

(EN) There are many reasons why one wants to learn a new language, it can be for educational reasons, travel or simply out of interest, one thing is for sure, learning languages is a rewarding experience. My name is Leona. I currently work here in Valencia as a Conversation Assistant. I help English teachers in schools prepare materials and presentations in English. I have helped my students improve their level of English by practicing conversations and reviewing grammar and vocabulary. In my free time, I give private English classes to those who want an additional avenue to improve their understanding of English. I am a Filipino with a native/bilingual level of English, as it is one of the official languages of my country. I have numerous experiences teaching English from children to teenagers and adults. These experiences occur in a classroom or private class. My classes could be simply conversations or a more intensive one-on-one session with reviewers I have prepared and different learning modes (e.g. written exercises, oral activities). Ideally, I avoid translating words directly into students' native language to minimize their dependence on translation, instead explaining English words and concepts in a simpler way to improve their understanding. I like my classes to be a balance of a relaxed teaching environment while doing work. Students should never feel that mistakes are unacceptable, as it is normal and they are encouraged to learn. Hello, my name is Marta and I have a degree in English Philology. I have experience in classes of all levels, both for adults and children. I like to work on all areas of the language and adapt what I have learned in class in real situations and conversations. I can prepare you for official exams or simply improve your level of English. Classes are taught according to the needs of each student, whether it is preparing for an official exam, improving your level of English to use in your work or simply being able to communicate in everyday situations. For that, I use a wide variety of activities to motivate my students and make the classes dynamic and fun. In addition, I will recommend movies, series, music or books so that you can complete your training outside of the classroom because it is very important to stay in contact with the language even outside of class to advance quickly. Learning a language is not only going to class and memorizing its vocabulary and grammar, but also learning to use this knowledge in a practical way, both orally and in writing, and immersing yourself in the culture of the language you are studying. That way, we can learn real expressions and add them to our vocabulary. I have been working in a language academy for years teaching students since I was three years old. From my experience, I have learned that the best way to help your students is to show passion for what you do and to motivate and encourage them to advance and improve day by day and in each of our classes.
