About Me

I teach by focusing on building intuition for general types of problems, and lead students through explanations in a way that makes it feel as though they could have discovered the same thing themselves. Rather than drilling and memorization, I emphasize building deeper understanding so that students will be able to judiciously apply methods to larger classes of problems, helping them learn more, and retain the knowledge for longer.

With over four years Mathematics teaching experience in mixed ability classes I am able to adapt to whatever level of understanding my students have in the subject. Lessons only available in English unfortunately, I am still learning Dutch.

I have taught mathematics for more than four years, mainly specialising in IB mathematics. I have tutored one-to-one as well as small groups. It is rewarding to help students reaching their goals and tutoring gives this opportunity since teaching is done at such a personal level. I have worked hard with previous students of mine and successful results followed.

Statistics is an increasingly important field as the wealth of available data increases rapidly. In order to perform meaningful data analysis, it is important to fully understand the mathematical principles and background behind the techniques. These classes will help in that regard.

More general mathematics classes are available for all ages. Where necessary, homework will be provided in between classes.

Lessons can also be tailored to the requirements of the student.

The math, physics, chemistry, and SVT courses of the French or Swiss maturity program, as well as the courses of Mathematics - Analysis - Matrices - Statistics - Algebra - Geometry - Physics - Mechanics - Electricity - Chemistry - Organic Chemistry - Biology, Geology of the level of the 1st year of university, are made by explanations either in depth or by a quick course and summary of essential need according to the case of each student supported by exercises of the book or evaluations and exams of other high schools.
Special program for terminal students.
As well as (International and European Schools in English).
My experience is too long and for years I have learned methods for each case and for each student to fill in their gaps with the best results of Excellent, Very Good, and Good as mentioned by my students.
I can also help students to better prepare for courses and support them to better prepare for the duties of CNED in science subjects.
Guaranteed response within minutes up to 10 hours maximum.

Demonstrate strong Quantitative skills and ace the Math test!

The class focuses on strengthening one's ability to understand mathematical concepts and solve questions logically.

Also enhances one's skill to identify the level of question and quickly solve it in a time-based exam format.

During the course, one will notice results by seeing a significant increase in score.

The tutor has a strong Mathematical background and more than 5 years of experience in acing tests like GMAT and other Cognitive Aptitude Tests.

Want to brush up on your science and/or maths? Need some extra explanation on those harder problems? Looking for someone who will patiently explain and go through concepts?

I will take a patient approach when tutoring and encourage active participation. Include fun active learning material that will engage the student and apply science and mathematical concepts into real life situations; to stimulate their conceptual knowledge and set them problems to apply their new skills.

Let’s work together to ensure you reach your full potential, both academically and personally!

Hey!
Do you have troubles with homework/school or just understanding basic concepts? Or your kids need some extra training to be the best of the best?
I would love to be of help. In my online classes, we have discussions and watch videos to figure out what exactly is the missing link to supreme confidence in the subject. And ofcourse, solving problems is taken seriously to gain mastery.
Usually my classes are in advance of what is going on in school. This helps the student be prepared in advance for the class. Normal routine can also be followed on the other hand.

Hi! Its back to school season and I am offering tutoring classes in Mathematics, Science and English!

Why am I the right person for you?

1. I am a student just like you, I study a masters in Sustainable Business in the Netherlands. I have been both a tutor and tutee, so I understand the importance of this very well.

2. I am a native english speaker and I have experience of 3 years teaching students English, Science and Mathematics. I enjoy teaching in an interactive manner and make lessons fun! I have taught students from ages 8, all the way up to 22! Age is no bar for learning :)

3. I am always happy to help you during our tutoring sessions and I will do my best to make sure you enjoy the lessons while learning a lot. I can also travel to your place or conduct the sessions online.

Your comfort matters most, so don't be afraid to send me a DM and we can figure out a great solution!

I work with two kinds of students: those preparing to meet university math admission requirements (OMPT, CCVX, VWO), and those already enrolled who need solid support in calculus, linear algebra, differential equations, probability & statistics, or discrete math including students at TUM, ETH Zurich, TU Delft, KTH, EPFL, and RWTH Aachen.
Lessons are in English; I can explain in German where it helps.

Math, calculus and physics can sometimes be overwhelming, especially when the theory or solving method is unclear. I am a cum laude Aerospace Engineering graduate from TU Delft and have helped other pupils with their problems since 2017. With my calm and stepwise explanation, a second alternative view of the solution procedure is given, which is often what is missing. I tutor a variety of math and physics courses on both secondary and high school levels, but also at a scientific bachelor level. These can either be theory/exercise-based, but also exam preparation.

Maths and physics are usually among the hardest and most abstract subjects we encounter in school. After many years of studying them in university (Bachelor in Physics and master in climate physics at Utrecht University) I realised that anyone develops different mechanisms to understand and absorb those concepts. I think of tutoring as a way to help the students to learn how to use the tools that better work for them. During the class I will provide help both for specific assignments and general more theoretical study, full lectures about specific topics or guidance through exercises, along with schemes and summaries.

I have a passion for teaching and have been dedicated to helping students succeed in their academic journey. With a background in Biology, Bioinformatics, and Mathematics, I have three years of teaching experience.

I believe in a personalized approach, tailoring my teaching methods to accommodate your learning style and pace, ensuring you grasp concepts thoroughly. My expertise extends beyond textbooks, allowing me to relate subjects to real-world scenarios and emphasize their practical applications.

I focus on nurturing critical thinking skills and a deep understanding of the subject matter, in addition to offering insights into effective study techniques, time management, and organization. Communication is essential, and I'm always here to answer your questions and provide the support you need.

I'm committed to creating a flexible and accessible learning environment, adapting to your schedule and deadlines. My students have seen significant improvements in their understanding of the subjects I teach, and I'm dedicated to your academic success.
Feel free to contact me if you need assistance with Spoken English, Biology, Bioinformatics, Math, or other related subjects.

My lessons are based on a combination of traditional and modern teaching methods. I adapt my method to the learning style of the student, whether it is visual, auditory or kinesthetic. Digital tools and multimedia content also play an important role in making learning interesting and relevant. My lessons are designed for students of different ages and levels, from beginners to advanced. I have extensive experience as a teacher, with a background in mathematics. My lessons usually last between 1 hour and 1.5 hours, depending on the needs of the student and the type of lesson.

I am a student from Utrecht University who is ready to offer private classes on a variety of maths-related subjects. Here is the list of what I can teach🧐

1) Mathematics🧮
- any topic from the school curriculum
- calculus and beginnings of optimization
- beginnings of linear algebra

2) Statistics🚀
- probability theory
- statistical tools
- elementary econometrics (regressions and STATA)

3) Economics📈
- Micro and Macro up to and including intermediate level
- Labour and behavioral economics

I have successfully finished two years of a challenging economics bachelor (overall GPA 8.58). Right now I am in my third year of the interdisciplinary PPE program at UU (current GPA 7.97). I have had a diverse experience with tutoring during the past few years - from online classes to student assistance at the university and to simply helping friends.

I am quite confident that together we will overcome all the difficulties and achieve a new understanding of the subject as well as excellent grades😊
