Turkish Lessons for Foreign People who live in İstanbul

Turkish is my native language and I would like to share my knowledge with people who wishes to learn or further develop their Turkish language skills. I can provide adequate knowledge for general language skills as well as focus on development of specific skills such as writing, speaking, reading and/or listening. I write literature pieces in Turkish as well, and some of my writings got published and won prizes. English is the language in which I received my education and which I use in my daily life. I obtained an IELTS score of 8/9. We can focus on speaking, reading and listening skills as well as writing skills. I can provide knowledge in daily English and business English.

We will start our lessons by learning the most basic skills such as correct pronunciation and simple grammar rules. We will continue to improve our speaking, listening and grammar levels by learning new informations step by step. Based on my 13 years of experience, I think that A1 level is a very important period in language learning. When learning any language, beginner level students should learn it in the correct order and important details should be explained well by practising previous ones. Students at more advanced levels, such as A2, B1 or above, also need to practice their skills at the previous level thoroughly to improve their language skills. I try to provide good teaching by paying attention to these important points in my lessons. I keep our lessons' notes in a word file. After our lessons, I send you back all the additional notes and exercises that we covered in our lesson as a Word file.
