- I have taught students of all ages, levels, and cultural backgrounds. I specialize in private lessons and tutoring. I speak with a clear voice and positive attitude to help you meet your English goals.
- I can teach the 4 skills of language: Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking. However, there is one more skill I can help you with as well: Critical Thinking and Understanding.
- After meeting you, I will create a customized lesson plan based on your current ability and goals.

- I have more than 10 years of English teaching experience in Brazil, South Korea, and Japan.
I am a Native English Speaker from the USA, currently living in Tokyo, Japan since December 2015.

- I have lived in 4 different countries, so I know what it's like to learn a new language. English is my first language, but I am a polyglot! I also speak Portuguese, Spanish, Japanese, and Korean.
- I have a wide range of interests and experience, so we can talk about anything you like. I'm curious to learn more about you and your culture, and I am happy to share my life story as well.
- My international experience has provided a unique perspective on culture and working with people, maintaining an open mind, and adapting to the needs of each individual client.
- I am passionate about international relations and understanding how different backgrounds and societies influence one’s thinking, and I strongly believe that interaction with other cultures contributes to greater personal development and growth.

Extra information

I will take notes to give to you at the end of the class.
If we meet in person, please prepare an A5 size clear file folder to keep the notes I write for you.
You should also bring your own notebook and pen/pencil to take your own notes.
I might suggest a textbook for you to use (paid by you or reimbursed back to me).
The transportation and/or beverage cost at the café we meet at is already included in the lesson price.
