I am the Finance Management Trainee (UFLP) at Unilever Netherlands B.V. I surpassed approximately 400 applications to become the only Non-EEU and non Dutch-speaking person to be chosen. Besides the offer at Unilever, I landed 2 other offers in big multinational companies.
Without doubt, I do not neglect the power of a good profile. However, being fit is more important than being the best. I have lots of obstacles against my background, but I still got chosen, so I have strong confidence that you can also become a good candidate for your dream job.
