I have a solid background in customer service with 8 years of experience as a Client Advisor at UBS, one of Switzerland’s leading banks. During my time at UBS, I developed strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, which I now apply in my teaching approach.

In addition to my professional experience, I am passionate about languages and am proud to speak five languages. This multilingual ability has greatly enhanced my communication with people from diverse backgrounds and allows me to approach teaching English from a truly global perspective.

I have also studied English in Australia, New Zealand, and England, which enriched my understanding of the language from a native and international context. This experience has helped me connect with students from different cultures and adapt my teaching methods to suit their individual needs.

More than experience, I believe learning new languages is essential and beautiful, and will give you a unique experience to understand Spanish-speaking cultures. I know how challenging it can be, so I structure my classes in ways that will help maintain your motivation. In my experience, the best outcomes come from (as we say in Spanish) "tirarte a la piscina", which literally means "throwing yourself into the pool". By this I mean I expect you to say anything and everything you can say in Spanish, even if you need to invent 50% or more of what you say. Hearing and trying to speak all the time is what will make you improve fastest. I always try to adapt my classes to your needs and your personality, so feel free to give any constructive feedback!
