Private English lessons - A2 to C2 (English + LLCER)
From 49.97 C$ /h
Native American, it is with pleasure that I will support each of my students in learning English and improving it.
1 lesson can be divided into several sessions.
My goal is to restore a taste for learning, to develop interest and curiosity in students through fun and persistent materials and work subjects. I promote understanding and personal reflection: my goal is to form individual thoughts, open to the world and to transmit a passion for English language, culture and literature!
My courses are aimed at any motivated student aspiring to acquire solid language skills, regardless of level: from primary to high school. For graduate studies, please contact me in advance and tell me your goals.

About Me
As said previously, I am American, so English is my mother tongue and I would be delighted to share this culture and language with you :)
Depending on your level, discussions can be done in English and/or French!
I am currently a preparatory class student, so I have my baccalaureate (very good honors + English language certificate).
No matter your level, your goals or your fears, I will be able to adapt to your profile.
Here is a typical example of a course:
-short discussion with the student before the start of the course in order to establish objectives, know their expectations, their potential apprehensions and their difficulties with regard to the subject.
The course: it is not only centered on one discipline (eg: vocabulary) but generally brings together several (grammar, oral expression, culture for example), this allows a greater margin for progress but also to work on supports entertaining and cultivating student interest.
-The exercises are multiple, each constituting the acquisition of skills. They are also adapted according to the student.
Regarding the evaluations:
-If the student is in primary school: possibility of a short evaluation at the start of each session to remember the previous session.
-If the student is in college: Likewise! The level of the evaluation, however, will vary depending on the expected skills.
-If the student is in high school or higher: We will discuss the 'exam conditions' beforehand, I do not do an evaluation at the start of the session because I consider that it has been learned. On the other hand, depending on the final objective (bac, trip abroad, Bac LLCER, etc.), I could do mock exams (written and oral) in order to prepare the student as much as possible for the big day. If oral LLCER in high school, possibility of help in developing the personal file + oral passage for practice.
