This short but great quote is one of the reasons why Philosophy is such a unique discipline. Philosophy has the magnificent ability of exposing us to a broad field of ideas (like the one formulated by Kant) ranging between Metaphysics, Ethics, Ontology, Epistemology, Aesthetics, etc. and permitting them to enter our minds as they challenge our current worldviews. In addition, philosophy grants us a view of the tumultuous development and change of thought throughout different historical epochs.
About this course: I know that Philosophy is not an easy subject, especially in the initial courses where professors commonly point at a random chair and try to make profound points about Platonic thought. I offer help to anyone who needs help with homework, assignments, tests, readings, etc. I am here for you.
My main interests: Early Greek, Stoicism, Medieval, Enlightenment, Post-Enlightenment, Existentialism, Post-Structuralism.

My name is Daniel, I primarily work as a pilot in the United States but am currently on vacation between jobs so I decided to pursue my other love during this time: Philosophy. I started studying Philosophy about five years ago when I took a PHIL 101 course in my University. That class convinced me to pursue a BA in philosophy as a 2nd major, in which I graduated Summa Cum Laude. I love discussing issues that emerged within the cannon of philosophy (especially western) with friends of mine who share a common interest. I have much experience tutoring philosophy in my University. It was a wonderful privilege to share my education with others and hear their novel and challenging thoughts on the subject matter. I now offer this service to anyone who loves this discipline as much as I do or is trying to love it.
