Speaking English broadens your horizons, opens up new professional opportunities, and allows you to make unforgettable connections that would otherwise be impossible without this now universal language. As a proverb often attributed to Charlemagne says: "Learn a new language and get a new soul."
But it also means being able to watch a series without struggling with subtitles, no longer being lost while travelling, and not having to deal with the thousand little obstacles that pave the way for non-bilinguals.
In my opinion, mastering English is one of the best long-term investments you can make. As Warren Buffett said, "The most important investment you can make is in yourself."

Hi there ;) My name is Charlotte, and I grew up speaking Dutch at home (my native language) and French at school. Passionate about music and singing since forever, I started around age 9 to prefer Adele and Rihanna CDs to those of Lorie and Jennifer. With very approximate pronunciation, I would mumble my melodies in mock English to my friends in the schoolyard (who were none the wiser!). Over the years, I've participated in several singing competitions, started a YouTube channel of cover songs, and even recorded two songs in a professional studio.
I'm telling this story because it encapsulates my entry point into the English language: music. Not grammar lessons in class, but a subject directly linked to my personality. And I'd like to do the same with my students: to discover this entry point, or these entry points, together, and expand to other areas of interest.
Naturally very curious, I love personalizing each lesson and practicing English together, mostly orally, in a supportive, non-judgmental, and fun atmosphere. My goal: to make you love English, because that's the best guarantee of lasting fluency.
With 3 years of experience in tutoring, teaching and leading activities in summer camps, as well as a master's degree in marketing and communication, I am always curious about current events, entrepreneurship and the English-speaking mentality in general.
