About Me

I am currently residing in Brussels.

Before I was living in Estonia and Italy while originally I am from Belarus.
For over 8 years I professionally deal with social field on daily basis.

When I was about 16 I knew I wanted to become an interpreter. That desire made me go through a highly academic environment of philological studies and pedagogics, what eventually brought me to the field of interpreting in rehabilitation and disaster areas e.g. Chernobyl post-relief field, palliative care. There I worked with a range of clients, from babies to seniors, with diverse positions in society as well as world-views. The topics varied from engineering and medicine to economics and politics.

During that time I make a choice to share my linguistic knowledge and experience, what brings me to an in-depth learning of alternative pedagogics and psychoanalytical studies.

Experience / Qualifications

Social assistance: is never about "just" an assistance, but a learning curve, which is conscious and highly attentive. I worked for governmental and non-governmental organisations where both boundaries were respected, - of an individual and of an entity thanks to my mediate experience.

Language Tutoring: since 2010 I am teaching languages worldwide. Mostly I work with a language barrier (public speaking, foreign language communication) through bibliotherapy. However, regular methods are never bad, that is why my experience of teaching lies among Italian (PLIDA, CELTA, communication), French (DELF, TEFaQ, communication), English (TOEFL, IELTS, Business English), Russian (pronunciation, communication). I collaborated with different language courses and scholastic institutes, including VIP-teaching and social assistance for adults and seniors, teenagers (12 - 18 years old), kids (2 - 6 years old). I was providing language teaching assistance to corporations as group learning and individuals.

Interpreting and translation: whether simultaneous or consecutive, I am glad to share with you my gained experience and advice. I could help you with editing or translating literary or academic text as well. My working languages in this field are Russian, English and Italian.
