I have got a teaching experience of 10 years already wherein I have taught students of all levels starting from Elementary School to Master Degree. I can teach the student individually or in a short group if students can form within themselves at my place or at the students' location. Each student will be assigned homework after every lesson and to ensure the progress, a small/short evaluation test might be conducted (depends from case to case). I am currently working full time in the university so we need to agree for the timings.

I was a mathematics teacher in Romania and Canada, taught and tutored at levels from high school to university in Toronto, Canada and San Diego, USA. My last Mathematics job was in the Department of Mathematics at the University of California, San Diego, as a researcher Mathematician. To be precise, I was in the research group of Prof. David Meyer from UCSD, specializing mainly in quantum computing, and also doing project in data mining (like for instance analysis of mobile phone data and processing of satellite images). I have a PhD in mathematics from UCSD (area being representation of Lie groups).
At this moment I find myself in Tallin before starting a new position again at UCSD. I like the city very much and want to earn my daily bread while I am here and no appeal to other financial reserves. Moreover, I enjoy teaching and explaining whatever I understand in Mathematics, Probability and Statistics to whoever is interested. In my youth I was somewhat of a prodigy and went to the International Mathematical Olympiad with the Romanian team. That is if anybody would wonder why I am not working already as a Mathematician. I will soon, but in the meantime, I want to use my talent to earn some money here in Estonia.
I have a Romanian citizenship. I speak fluently Romanian, English, Russian, French, and well enough German. At this moment I am also learning Estonian.
I am hoping to find people that are interested in whatever knowledge i have to share. Having done many tactical and technical mistakes during my own preparation, I will help you get the desired score without spending time unnecessarily. First, we will develop a strategy tailored specifically for your target score and time availability, and then I will guide you through that process up to the very test date. We will use the SAT prep resources that I found most useful during my preparation.

My goal is to keep students equipped with the necessary information they need to understand and perform excellently in math. English is the primary language of several countries and it is widely spoken around the world. My aim is to ensure that students understand the principles governing the speaking and reading of English language. Home work will be given to students at the end of each class.

We can start from scratch and learn the basics of English. We should cover grammar, tenses, sentence structure, vocabulary as well as pronunciation of words. By the end of the class, you should be able to make conversations and write essays in English.
For Mathematics, I prefer onsite teaching where you and I can sit together and solve sums. You will learn the solving techniques and practice worksheets. Mathematics lessons are for classes/grades 1-10.
Worksheets will be provided for all lessons.
