I offer Scratch lessons for children and beginners, where the student learns the basics of programming through designing games, stories, and animations in an interactive and fun way.

During the lessons, the student will learn:
Learn about the Scratch interface and how to use it.
Fundamentals of programming and logical thinking.
Variables.
Conditional sentences (If / Else).
Loops.
Events and character control.
Designing interactive games and stories.
Implementing practical projects step by step.
Developing creativity and problem-solving skills.

I've been teaching for over three years, in very different contexts. I taught English at a language academy, with groups of eight to fifteen learners, from beginner to intermediate. I founded my university's cybersecurity club, where I gave open courses to over two hundred students with no prior technical background. And today I tutor high school students in math and computer science, as well as a student in a two-year vocational program.

What these three experiences taught me can be summed up in one sentence: the subject matter is almost never the real problem. The real problem is confidence. A student convinced they're hopeless at math doesn't work any less than the others; they work expecting to fail. That's the first sentence I'm trying to dismantle, and the rest comes much more easily afterward.

I also have an advantage that many teachers have lost: I'm still a student. I take exams, I revise, I sometimes get stuck. I don't need to imagine what a high school student feels three days before a test; I live it. And I believe that you never truly stop being a student, even in this rather unique classroom we call life.

On a practical level: I am punctual, I prepare my sessions in advance, and I speak frankly about what I observe, even when it's unpleasant to hear. This is what helps a student progress, and it's what I would expect from a teacher if I were on the other side.
