We decide with my student to pick any or all of the following topics:
Breathing exercises, vocal cord and diaphragm awareness exercises, vocal range exercises, an introduction to notes, scales and chords; advanced topics such as circle of fifths and other methods to read and compose progressions, negative harmony concept, complex chords; introduction to DAW's (digital audio workstation), working with cubase, working with ableton, working with pro tools, working with other audio software, sound and fx design, how to compose a catchy tune, how to write music for branding, how to write music for youtube, how to write music for gaming.

As a singing teacher with an active performance career in classical/opera singing, I offer one-to-one singing lessons to students of all abilities and in all genres of singing. My Bachelors of Music degree and Masters of Music degree from the Royal Northern College of Music makes me a specialist in classical singing - this expands into Opera, Lied, English Song and French Mélodie. I have also trained in LAMDA Musical Theatre and performed with the National Youth Music Theatre in London's West End, adding Musical Theatre and Pop to my teaching repertoire. Grade 8 qualified with ABRSM, i will prepare students for both theory and singing exams.

Sara’s teaching is primarily based on the Estill Model (Level 1 & 2 training by Stephanie Marko & Charlotte Xerri). This model focuses on different structures of the voice in isolation, before combining and manipulating them to form a desired voice quality. In this introductory class my aim is to get you to derive more fun from, and deeper interest in the guitar as your favourite musical instrument.

In the end you will be fully enabled to give a good account of your guitar body parts both to yourself and to other curious outsiders so to speak. We will focus on basic practice and technical aspects, such as posture, finger strength, movements and articulation. I focus on expression and interpretation of different music pieces, how student think of the notes and how to present music.
We start with tuning and doing basic training, revision of last lesson for 15 minutes, follow by learning those pieces in detail for about 20 - 25 minutes. He has 4 years of teaching experience with a wide range of experience levels, whether a complete beginner, more intermediate, preparing for exams or just want to learn for fun. He has taught up to age 70, meaning it is never too late to start learning. Edgar’s experience in teaching adults means that he is well aware of the difficulties with balancing learning a new skill with working full-time, so he makes sure to take each individual student’s personal circumstances and work schedule into account when organising lessons.

With 12 years of experience of being an official member in 11 bands as well as experience in various “one-off” band settings, the main genres that Edgar has the most experience in include:
