About Me
Jack has been a performing guitarist for over 10 years in a variety of ensembles. He has played for musicals, jazz ensembles, The African Music Experience and as a soloist. These ensembles have given Jack a complete understanding of reading music, improvising and writing guitar parts for songs and complete pieces of music.
As well as writing for guitar, Jack has written for concert, film and video games. His work in this area includes small ensembles, full orchestra and electronic music production. To bring these works to life Jack also has extensive experience working with music technology to record and edit his own music and produce work for other artists.
Jack has a passion for teaching students who have an interest in a wide range of music across all levels. His teaching style is adapted to meet the interests and needs of students to ensure they are excited about lessons and practice in between!
