Hello, and thank you for visiting my profile.

I am a UK and Irish qualified English teacher with more than 16 years of teaching and tutoring experience in the UK, China and South Korea. I specialise in GCSE, IGCSE and A-Level English Language and Literature, as well as IELTS, TOEFL and general academic English.

Over the course of my career I have worked as a Head of English, Head of Faculty and Housemaster in leading international schools, including Wycombe Abbey and Harrow-affiliated schools. I have taught students of all abilities, from those who need confidence and support to high-achieving students preparing for top universities.

My lessons are structured, engaging and tailored to each student’s needs. Rather than simply teaching content, I focus on helping students understand exactly what examiners are looking for and how to improve their grades through clear strategies, targeted feedback and regular practice.
