New to AI, or tried ChatGPT and didn't know what to ask? In these one-to-one lessons I show you, step by step, how to use ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini for real things in your own life and work.
We work on your own phone or laptop, at your pace. In the first lesson we pick two or three tasks that eat your time and set the AI up to help with them.
Depending on what you need, we can cover:
- What AI is (and isn't), and what you should never share with it
- Writing and replying to emails, messages and documents
- Summarising long texts and finding information fast
- Planning your week, a trip or a budget
- Memory and instructions, so the AI knows how you like things done
- If you've moved to Portugal: understanding letters from Finanças, AIMA or Segurança Social, and replying in proper Portuguese
About me: I've worked in artificial intelligence since 2020. I was part of the team at Pacemaker, a Swedish startup that built an AI DJ app, and today I design AI agents for companies. Teaching is what I enjoy most, and no question is too basic.

Extra information
Bring the phone or laptop you use every day, charged, and have your email password to hand so you can sign in to your AI account yourself. A free account is enough to start; you don't need to buy a subscription first. For online lessons, a computer with a webcam works best.
