Hola! I’m a qualified Spanish teacher with a PGCE and QTS, as well as a BSc in Sport and Exercise Sciences and Spanish from the University of Exeter. I have experience teaching Spanish across Primary, KS3, GCSE and A-Level, and I have also lived and worked in Spain (currently living in Marbella), giving me a strong understanding of both the Spanish language and culture.

I can offer engaging and supportive Spanish lessons for students of all ages and abilities, from beginners in Primary school through to students preparing for GCSE and A-Level exams.

Lessons can be tailored to each student’s needs, whether you want to:
- Build confidence with speaking and everyday Spanish
- Develop grammar, vocabulary, reading, listening and writing skills
- Support schoolwork and homework
- Prepare for GCSE or A-Level exams
- Improve pronunciation and conversational fluency
- Learn more about Spanish-speaking countries and culture

I aim to make lessons enjoyable, practical and confidence-building, while adapting my teaching to suit each student and their individual goals.

About Me

I am a friendly, approachable and enthusiastic qualified teacher of Spanish and PE, with a passion for helping students build confidence and enjoy learning.
I have a PGCE with QTS and a BSc in Sport and Exercise Sciences and Spanish from the University of Exeter. I have experience teaching students across Primary, KS3, GCSE and A-Level, and I have also lived and worked in Spain, giving me valuable experience using Spanish in everyday life and understanding Spanish culture.
I believe lessons should be engaging, supportive and adapted to each student's individual needs. I enjoy using a range of activities to make learning interactive and help students feel comfortable using Spanish, particularly when developing their speaking and listening skills.
Whether a student is starting Spanish from scratch, looking to improve their schoolwork, preparing for GCSE or A-Level exams, or simply wanting to become more confident speaking Spanish, I can tailor lessons to suit their goals and ability.

I currently work in an international school in Spain, teaching Spanish and working with students from different age groups and backgrounds. I have also previously worked as an English Language Assistant in an Andalusian secondary school, where I supported students with English through subjects including Geography, PE and Biology.

I have several years of experience working with children through activity camps, sports coaching and extracurricular activities, including working with children of different ages and abilities.
