Persian is an ancient, gentle language that has many followers. you know, there are many Iranian emigrants all over the world and most of the time my language learners are their families like their children, their wife, their husband and even their friends. It's so exciting for me to teach Persian because I like their accent when they speak and I can also communicate with people from other countries and talk about our culture, foods, etc. Most of them are my friends now, I look forward to seeing you and finding new friends. I sincerely await your message!

I love teaching and have always enthusiastically helped my classmates. I have been giving private lessons since 2016 (around 25 students, including one for Analysis I, EPFL). I am also an assistant for two courses at EPFL (3rd year Bachelor and Master levels), and I co-created and taught the EPFL Advanced Analysis course during the welcome week for new students (Students4Students EPFL). I strive to transmit my knowledge and my passion for the subject to my students, at a pace adapted to their needs. I think that students who take private lessons have a sincere desire to overcome their difficulties and that we must therefore pay particular attention to encouraging them. It is therefore step by step that I help them understand the material, by developing their intuition of the different concepts covered while ensuring that they fill in their gaps. My students appreciate my clarity, structure, motivation, patience and flexibility. If you or your child has difficulty with mathematics, do not hesitate to contact me for more information about my courses.

I offer private math lessons for all levels, up to (maybe) the second year of university. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from EPFL, I have been an assistant since 2023 in several courses, mainly in analysis and linear algebra. I have also corrected exams for the CMS and MàN programs. At the same time, I participated in the mentoring program as a tutor, a support program for first-year mathematics students. My role was to help them understand the courses, solve exercises, and prepare for exams. The students I followed throughout the year all obtained an average above 5. My way of teaching would be to explain my point of view, to give concrete examples of application of the results seen in class, to explain the logical progression of the course, to give a proof of the result or sometimes just to make a drawing. I am a student myself, and I understand the difficulty one can have in visualizing concepts, so I am open to criticism and flexible on my way of teaching.

I offer courses adapted to all levels, whether in college, high school or bachelor's degree. My classes include homework help, exam preparation and in-depth exercises. As a former student who asked a lot of questions himself, I encourage my students to ask as many questions as possible in order to dissipate all gray areas and leave no detail to chance, thus promoting exam success. . I firmly believe that academic success does not depend on an innate aptitude, but rather on the ability to identify weak points and work on them. As a teacher, I am attentive to these weak points by regularly asking the student questions about the meaning of the exercises and each step of the calculation. I also push my students to develop their intuition so that they can easily adapt to any problem on exam day.

By adapting to the level, I propose to approach the guitar through pieces chosen by the student which we will analyze by ear and work on together. This teaching method aims to place the joy of playing at the heart of the process, allowing for a more engaging and accessible approach to theoretical concepts. Having trained at a conservatory and with 10 years of experience, I have explored a different teaching approach through playing in groups practicing free improvisation. I was a student of Thibault Abrial (guitarist for Trust, Johnny Hallyday and Michel Berger) between 2017 and 2024, and I draw inspiration from his teaching methods. Learning chords or theoretical knowledge (triads, scales, arpeggios) is done at the student's request. The goal is to emphasize active listening, in order to understand how to play without reproducing a score: the use of tablature will be as an additional tool and not as a structuring principle of my approach.

As a first-year Master's student in Physics at EPFL, I offer private tutoring in mathematics as well as academic support for students in middle school, high school/gymnasium and first-year university. I mainly base myself on the progressive resolution of exercises, to understand where the difficulties come from and to be able to overcome them. I listen and adapt to the student in order to understand their perspective. I can thus approach problems in the way that suits him best, which allows me to create solid foundations and establish an excellent understanding of the subject. A progressive approach to exercises and regular practice builds self-confidence and allows for great improvement over the long term! I have already taught students from: - Swiss Gymnasium -French high school and college - European School - EPFL - Paris Polytechnic School I therefore know the habits of these schools and can easily adapt to the program of the students I accompany. During lessons via ZOOM, I use a tablet that allows me to write directly on the student's screen.

If he wants to get ahead of the program or needs help with homework/exercises, this is also possible.
