About Me

Hi parents and students! I’m Sinem, a 25-year-old Master's student currently working at CERN, and I’m here to help your child actually enjoy learning English. I know firsthand how stressful school, university applications, and language exams can be, which is why I want to make English a stress-free zone. My entire education—from completing the rigorous IB Diploma in high school all the way through my Bachelor's and Master's degrees—has been taught 100% in English. I have personally taken and succeeded in the SAT, TOEFL, and IELTS, so I know exactly what it takes to tackle these exams and can guide your child through them step-by-step. Because my studies focus on Natural Language Processing and I work in a highly international environment, English is simply the language I live and breathe every single day.

But being fluent doesn't automatically make someone a good teacher. That’s where my real passion comes in. I have been teaching English to kids and teenagers for years, and I’ve also worked as a teaching assistant for most of my university courses.
