I am a USA-trained figure skater. With my private tutoring, learn all the basics of figure skating up to some more advanced basic moves. The curriculum includes:

I focus very closely on maintaining correct form. Coaching can be customized to your preferences if you would like to focus on improving certain skills. I am not affiliated with a rink so our class is informal and done at times when the rink is not busy, ie late on weekdays.

Hello! My name is Evi and I originate from Greece. In this course you can learn folklore dances from Greece!

I am dancing withy group for 5 years now mostly for presentations both in Greece and abroad and participating in rewarding competitions.

I can teach you how to dance the Greek dance Sirtaki, but also other types depending on your preferences, skills and knowledge.

The dances options include amongst others: Zempekia, Nisiotikos, Ikariotikos, Syrtos, Pentozali, Xasapiko, Sirtaki, Zonaradiko and Tik.

You will learn the base for those unique Brazilian dances.

Forró ( A type of salsa ) and Funk ( an original street dance from Rio de Janeiro that became well known by the singer Anitta )

A great excise to complement your week, learn a new skill, move your body and have some fun.

Hi! My name is Ioannis. I am a professional dancer of Greek traditional dances. My passion for Greek dances started 25 years ago when I was only 5 years old! I have been an active member of the International Dance Council (CID, UNESCO), the official organization for all forms of dance in all countries of the world. I successfully participated in numerous national and international festivals worldwide, with many awards, while I am a certified teacher by Greek Dances Theatre “Dora Stratou”.

During my courses, you can learn several dances from all the Greek regions. Together we can learn how to dance in an authentic way, getting to know in depth the Greek heritage. The lessons include the provision of cultural and folklore knowledge for each specific region as well as dance explanation style based on the socio-economical and geological characteristics. The dances options may include: Zempekiko, Ikariotikos, Syrtaki, Pentozali, Xasapiko, Zonaradiko, Tik, Serra, Tsamiko, Syrtos and Ballos.

The lessons are tailor-made based on every student’s focusing on every student’s skills and knowledge, always focusing on personal wishes. Together we can build a plan so you can focus on the style of dance you wish! Lessons can be individual but also in groups after discussion (e.g. family, couples, friends).

I will provide focused training that improves your walking techniques, refines basic steps, explores the details of sacada and baridas, and deepens your understanding of the music.

Do you want to dance as energetically as the dancers of Beyonce, Rihanna or other top artists? Then you are in the right place. Commercial dance focuses on exactly that, and originally comes from show business! You guessed it, this dance style is all about beautiful, tight movements and the focus is on performance. So we will definitely work on appearance, because a depressed backup dancer doesn't make anyone happy.

I started my journey of learning how to shuffle/cut shapes a little over a year and a half ago and it ignited a flame of passion in me like nothing had in a very long time. I'd say it's turned into a somewhat spiritual experience for me. Although there is of course still a lot for me to learn and improve on and I feel like my journey has just started, I feel confident that I can help others get started on their own journey. My fundamentals as well as my knowledge and understanding of the dance are pretty solid and I would never try to teach you something that is outside of my expertise. I think at the end of the day though, the most important thing with dance is to just have fun and to learn to find confidence and freedom in your expression through it, so most of all I hope I can help you find that.
