Hello! My name is Alberto. I am a clarinet player who graduated from Codarts University of the Arts (Rotterdam). I am specialized in Classical Music, though I can teach also Jazz in a beginner to intermediate level.

I have always had a deep interest in chamber music, teaching and improvisation and I would like to be able to show you this passion.
The focus of my lessons is to show the possibilities of music, adapting to the student needs, going from clarinet technique to theory, other styles of music such us Klezmer, Jazz, basic piano, as well as learning how to play the bass clarinet.
But the most important thing is to find a path for each student, so do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions and feel free to share your thoughts, I can adapt to your personal goals!

Educational, personal and motivational lessons for anyone who wants to play the piano. My lessons are adapted to you: to your current skills, interests and wishes. I combine this with exercises and playing techniques for a strong foundation. Passion and technique has been the formula for me when playing the piano, and in my lessons I think it's important that we play what you like, from challenging classics to well-known film scores.

In the first lessons we learn to read scores, we discover exercises on the piano that support your technique in the long term, and we especially play a lot.

I was born in Russia, raised in Belgium and recently moved to Rotterdam. I have been playing the piano myself for 16 years, have studied Music Pedagogy and Classical Piano at the Lemmens Institute Conservatory in Leuven and have enjoyed teaching for almost 10 years now.

Feel free to contact me for questions or references. Looking forward to our first lesson!

Bandoneon is a very well know instrument for playing tango, in fact it's part of the genre's DNA. However,
not many people know that the instrument was constructed in Germany and some people even say it was supposed to be used as an portable organ.

This means that the Bandoneon has a technique that is independent of any genre. This technique is not found by coping other instruments such as the organ or keyboard but through the development of the nature of the instrument. This is mainly the importance of the air and how it is affected by the pulling and the movement we make when we play.

Of course Tango will be an important axis of the lessons as it very important for the development of the instrument and for specific techniques but Tango won't be the starting point as it's not the best pedagogical tool for learning the instrument. But no worries, we'll get there ;)

Have you ever wondered how a Gregorian chant, Bach, Mozart & Chopin might sound in the bandoneon? The results might surprise as you would get a very different sound from the one you are originally used to. Also, we can try and use the bandoneon for different and new genres, who knows what we might discover from the instrument along the way?

I’m Helene, a vocal coach with over 10 years of experience teaching teens (12+) and adults of all levels. I graduated in Jazz Vocals (with piano as a minor) from the Prince Claus Conservatoire in Groningen 2016.

My lessons focus on healthy vocal technique (based on CVT), self-expression, and building confidence — especially for those who feel blocked or insecure. I know how that feels, and I’m passionate about helping others grow through their voice.

In addition to singing, I guide students in songwriting, music theory, and learning to accompany themselves on piano. We set personal goals and work toward them step by step — with attention, care, and joy.
