I am a certified Pilates instructor with over 12 years of experience teaching private and group classes both in studios and online.

My teaching style is attentive, personalized and supportive. I believe every body is different, so I adapt each session to the student’s needs, goals and physical condition. My focus is on building strength, improving mobility, posture and body awareness, while also supporting pain relief and injury prevention.
