About Me
My lessons are tailored to each individual’s needs. I use laughter and play to unlock creativity and encourage students to step into the shoes of characters and situations far removed from their own experience, with particular attention to non-verbal communication, which conveys up to 90% of the information we communicate.

In a world that increasingly pushes us towards isolation and encourages us to rely predominantly on one sense—sight—through computers, phones, screens, artificial lighting, and so on, I begin my lessons with sensory exercises designed to develop perception and self-awareness in preparation for performance.

These exercises help strengthen intuition and spontaneity in the here and now, creating a safe space for discovery and experimentation. For this reason, I find it particularly valuable to begin with improvisation games, which allow students to feel free to improvise, explore and experiment—like a jazz musician playing with their own instrument.
