Hola! I'm from Barcelona currently living in Finland!

I'm a graduate in Translation and Interpreting from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and I have been a teacher (private and in schools) since 2016. I have taught English, Japanese, Spanish and Catalan, in Spain and in Japan.

I can also teach the class in English, Japanese, French, or Spanish if you like challenges :) I'm currently learning Finnish and hope one day I'll be able to teach in this language too!

I love learning and teaching languages, and I love the challenge of every new language and every new students and finding the perfect strategy for each individual case. I'm always open to feedback as I know it's key to achieve the best results.

I am teacher of the English language, of the Russian language and of the Greek language!! I have a BA in Russian Language and Philology. Greek is my mother tongue! I am a poet writing in both Greek and English, so I work a lot with the written Greek language. I have also published one poetic collection in Greek. When it comes to English ,I have the ITTT TESL- Teaching English as a Second Language- certification. I have also published my second poetic collection in English a couple of months ago, so I am working a lot with written English as well. I am now a student at the University of Iceland. I am studying International Education!! I enjoy teaching, by using various methods. I am kind and patient with my students. I provide plenty of digital material to make lessons more appealing to the students!!

I have been a private tutor since I started college 4 years ago. I am in Reykjavik doing an Erasmus Internship. I am from Barcelona, and as a native Spaniard, I can teach at any level needed.

I am used to focus on the student's needs and adapt to them, whatever they are: we can practice more the written part, improve pronunciation or have a conversation. I bring material to practice in class and some work to do at home before the next class.
