Smartphone, computer, online procedures: become independent — Reims

From 75 C$ /h

Digital technology is everywhere: administrative procedures, banking, healthcare, photos, messages with loved ones... but no one really teaches us how to use it. That's exactly what I'm offering.

I am a digital mediator in Reims, working with L'Atelier Numérique, a company based in Reims. I don't do it for you: I show you, I explain things to you in simple terms, and you do it yourself, at your own pace, to become independent.

Depending on your needs, we can discuss the following:
• Getting to grips with your smartphone, tablet or computer;
• your emails, messages, photos and video calls;
• online procedures (taxes, CAF, Ameli, France Travail...) and your personal spaces;
• Recognize scams and protect your accounts;
• Back up your photos and important documents.

We start with your questions and your device. Each session ends with a short recap so you can practice what we've covered on your own.

Extra information

Prepare your charged device, your useful usernames and passwords, and write down the questions you want to ask. No equipment to buy: we work on your own device.
