About Me
After experiencing & working in diverse international environments, I am serving as an Assistant Professor at University Islamabad, Pakistan, where I write grant proposals and teach AI and Computing to undergrad. Optimization techniques and planning strategies of the next-generation networks (NGNs) assisted by big data using different machine learning (ML) techniques were the focus of my doctorate research. I am passionate about my academic career to pursue multi-disciplinary data analytics and R&D projects to enhance my abilities.

Experience / Qualifications
He received his BS in Telecommunication Engineering from COMSATS University Islamabad, Pakistan. His Master's is in Telematics Engineering from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (UC3M). Recently, he completed his Ph.D. from the Department of Signal Theory and Communications, UC3M. He has multi-disciplinary research interests, including optimizing and dimensioning next-generation and IoT networks in the context of AI/ML assisted by real mobile data.

Hi there, I am Umar, I have a Ph.D. in Telecom Engineering from Spain and am a Certified Python Programmer from Python Institute. I am teaching Artificial Intelligence and Computing to the Undergrad since 2021.
