About me I obtained a Grade 8 diploma in Music Theory and also a Grade 8 Piano from the Royal Schools of Music. In addition, I hold a diploma in Audio Engineering from Hofa College. I am active as a music artist and producer myself. Thanks to this combination of classical training and practical experience, I know how important it is to make theory understandable, concrete, and musical. I use my own piano during lessons to clarify everything visually and audibly. Hi, have you always wanted to learn to play guitar? I can help! From the very first lesson, we'll try playing a song and playfully learn all the basic chords, as well as some basic strumming and picking. We'll then apply this to other songs—with every song we try, we learn new things. This way, we build a songbook with all your favorite songs. Later, we can also learn barre chords, more complex strumming, and so on. I've mastered about 1000 songs myself. I'm the same age as Sheryl Crow and Jon Bon Jovi :), and music is my hobby and my passion.

I teach (basic) Dutch to (young) adults who speak other languages. The purpose of the lesson is to be able to have easy and simple conversations in daily life. In addition, there is also practice on language comprehension and written language production. We practice Dutch on the basis of role plays, audio clips and newspaper articles. I obtained a master's degree in classical piano and a master's degree in chamber music from LUCA school of arts in Leuven. I have been passionately teaching young and old for several years now. I've been playing guitar (mainly acoustic) since I was 14. I taught myself. That was 19 years ago. If you want to skip music theory and music theory, you've come to the right place. I can teach you right away how to play chords (from easy to slightly more difficult) and eventually play songs you've always wanted to be able to play. Everything happens at your own pace. You can come to me, but I am also prepared to come to you (in the latter case with transportation costs included) provided the distance is feasible, but we can discuss all that. Preferably on your own guitar, but I also have an extra guitar available if necessary.
