Education

I graduated in Literature and Philosophy, I hold a degree in Oriental Languages and Cultures and also a qualification in Italian Language Teaching at CIS (Diploma) Italian for Foreigners Center, University of Bergamo, which is equivalent to DITALS

Experience / Qualifications

I have taught Italian to immigrant adults and to foreign young people in public schools in Italy. Then I moved to London in 2008. I have been working in UK as an Italian teacher for the past 12 years and gained further experience in Classroom teaching, One to One and more specific topics.
I have taught italian for Surrey adult education to classes from beginners to advanced including conversation workshops.
I am also Freelance, Teaching private group and individual courses at various levels for both general and business purposes. Clients include: Chelsea Football Club training ground, Mediobanca, Saipem Ltd, Generali assicurazioni, Video Production Philip Morris International.

It is always nice and stimulating to learn a new language and knowing Italian offers great satisfaction! I teach all levels and ages. My goal is to teach the Italian language in an easy and fun way. I want to offer space not only to grammar, but also for the conversation based on everyday life.
I like to use with my class a communicative and student-centred approach.
In my lessons I want to address all cultural aspects that foreigners love more about Italy: fashion, food, climate, spirit, beliefs and holidays. My learning method will never be boring because along the way, we will have the support of videos, music, authentic text and interactive games.
