I passed the CRFPA this year in Administrative Law and I am now a student lawyer at the EFB.

My courses are aimed at law students who wish to prepare the CRFPA in the specialty "administrative law" with courses focused on the program to know for writings (in administrative law, administrative procedure and law of obligations) as well as methodological advice on the summary note and the Grand Oral.

In principle, my classes take place as follows:
- the first lesson lasts 1h30 and will be used to get to know us, to know what level the student has and what are his needs. We establish together the areas necessary for his success according to what he is preparing: his difficulties, his strengths, his possible questions about the CRFPA
- A practical case is offered to the student after each session (or a summary note)
- All courses include a 1 hour lesson allowing to see the fundamentals of the program and 30 minutes of methodological advice based on the correction of the assignment

My courses are for law students wishing to understand and master EU law before the start of the academic year: the various EU institutions, EU litigation, EU substantive law (eg market internal competition law), human rights apprehended by EU law and the Council of Europe (eg Charter of Fundamental Rights, European Convention on Human Rights).
In principle, my classes take place as follows:
- the first lesson lasts 1h30 and will serve to learn to know us, know what level the student has and what are his needs. Together, we establish the areas necessary for its success according to what it prepares. A small introductory 30-minute course is then given to lay the foundations of European law, followed by small questions. The first course and all the following will end with a stop / essay comment or practical case (if material right) that the student will have to make and send me a maximum of two days before the next class.
- From the second session and all the following, the class starts with a corrected assignment and personalized advice on it for 10-15 mins. Then I give a 30-minute lecture on the theme of the day (based on the study of European texts or decisions made by the Court of Justice). The last 15-20 mins are dedicated to questions and small exercises.

A knowledgeable lawyer and legal services provider

Hello, dear customer. Meet your legal professional. I'm currently a practicing attorney, skilled writer, and online researcher who delivers exactly what I promise. The legal profession, research, and writing have been my passions since the early years of my legal career, and through learning and experience, I have sufficiently honed my skills in these areas. In addition, I am currently pursuing my PHD., a degree that I believe is an added advantage to my expertise. Do not hesitate to entrust me with your task and expect the best from my services. Thank you in advance, and stay safe.
In this lesson I will guide you through the process of conducting legal research and writing legal documents.

- Legal Research: The tutor will explain how to conduct legal research, which is a critical skill for anyone involved in the legal field. This includes understanding how to use legal databases, how to find and interpret statutes, regulations, and case law, and how to stay updated with recent legal developments. The tutor will also cover how to analyze legal problems and apply the law to specific scenarios.

- Legal Writing: The tutor will then move on to legal writing, another essential skill for legal professionals. This involves learning how to write various legal documents such as briefs, memos, contracts, and legal opinions. The tutor will provide tips on how to write clearly and persuasively, how to structure your arguments, and how to cite legal authorities correctly.

- Practical Exercises: Throughout the lesson, the tutor will provide practical exercises to help you apply what you've learned. This might involve researching a particular legal issue or drafting a legal document.
- Feedback and Improvement: The tutor will provide feedback on your work, helping you to improve your legal research and writing skills. They will point out any areas of weakness and provide suggestions for improvement.

This lesson is designed for anyone interested in law, whether you're a law student, a legal professional looking to brush up on your skills, or someone considering a career in law. It provides a solid foundation in legal research and writing, two of the most important skills for any legal professional.

This series of lessons focuses on the skills that truly define a good lawyer, but which are not covered in law school. The sessions are designed as a practical, hands-on learning experience and help you learn to think, write, and argue like a jurist.

A central part of the course is excellent research. You will learn how to design and structure sound research projects – from papers to dissertations and theses. This includes formulating clear research questions, building coherent arguments, selecting suitable methodologies, and structuring your work in a way that is analytically sharp and academically convincing.

The sessions go beyond superficial research skills. You will be trained in:
1. Designing an in-depth research methodology (doctrinal, comparative, and interdisciplinary approaches)
2. Primary legal research, including analysis of case law, interpretation of legislation and use of legislative material
3. Secondary research strategies, including identifying high-quality academic sources and policy material
4. Supervision of theses and dissertations, including topic selection, structuring chapters, refining arguments, and editing drafts

In addition to research, the course places a strong emphasis on writing and communication. You will learn how to write high-quality academic papers, policy briefs, legal memos, and opinion pieces, enabling you to produce precise, persuasive, and original analyses.

In addition to writing, advocacy skills and strategic thinking are also covered: how to formulate arguments convincingly, handle opposing viewpoints, and communicate complex ideas clearly. The lessons, based on practical experience in legal advice, policy advising, and advocacy in the field of digital rights, show you how the law functions outside the lecture hall.

A key focus is applied learning: you work on exercises, receive detailed, personal feedback, and develop a portfolio of writing and research results that you can use academically or professionally.

What you will learn:
- The ability to design and execute high-quality legal research projects
- Strong skills in writing theses and structuring dissertations
- Mastery of primary and secondary legal research methods
- Clear, structured, and persuasive legal writing
- Practical experience in drafting memos, pleadings, and academic work
- Confidence in argumentation, critical thinking, and pleading
- Insight into real-world legal and policy practice
