I am not a certified coach — and I won’t pretend to be. What I am is someone who has trained seriously for over 3 years, 5 days a week, combining weightlifting, gym machines, and endurance cardio. I know what works, what doesn’t, and how to make the gym feel less intimidating for someone just starting out.
I offer sessions for people who want a motivated, knowledgeable training partner by their side — someone who will show up, push you, correct your form, and help you build a real routine.
What we can work on together:
• Getting started in the gym with confidence
• Building a weekly training plan that fits your goals
• Learning correct form on the main exercises (squats, deadlifts, bench press, pull-ups)
• Combining gym and cardio effectively for weight loss or endurance
• Staying consistent — the hardest part for most people
Sessions are in French or English, at your gym or mine. Flexible scheduling including mornings, evenings and weekends.
Extra information
Sessions can take place at Basic-Fit or any gym in the Paris area. Bring comfortable training clothes and a water bottle. No prior experience needed — just the motivation to show up. First session is relaxed, we talk about your goals and I show you around the gym floor.
