Young passionate and friendly teacher, offers you to discover a rare and captivating instrument through the practice of a varied repertoire.

Currently studying at the Paris Conservatory of Music and Dance, I rely on a playful and progressive method. My experience allows me to adapt to all profiles and all ages.

The development of your sensitivity and a solid learning of the musical language of this instrument are for me the two pillars of a quality education and a good discovery of the Baroque repertoire.

If at the beginning of the experiment we will only work in class, little by little I will teach you how to be more autonomous in the work of the instrument. My goal is that you will be able to have fun with this exciting instrument.
Extra information
If at first work on a synthesizer is possible, there are spruce (small harpsichords) of very accessible opportunities. The sound of his instruments does not pass the walls.
The course time is to be defined according to your availability.

About Me
Young serious and friendly student at the National Conservatory of Music in Paris harpsichord.

I have been passionate about teaching for a few years.
I had the chance to teach piano for a year in a music association in Versailles. I was able to experience young and old beginners.

I try to adapt to each student, his desires, his progress and his tastes. My teaching aims to develop sensitivity and taste of the repertoire by gently introducing elements of keyboard technique and solfeggio.
I have good contact with all age groups.
Education
I had the chance to follow a curriculum of Class Schedule Aménagés Music of the 6th to Bac L, while being attached Conservatory with Departmental Radiance of Saint-Germain in Laye then to the Conservatory with Regional Radiation of Versailles where I obtained a Diploma of Music Study. I finally returned in 2015 to the National Conservatory of Music of Paris.
Experience / Qualifications
I teach in private lessons for 4 years. I was able to teach in association for a year, but stopped because of a move. I am studying to pass a teaching diploma at the CNSMDP.

Young man serious and friendly student at the National Conservatory of Music and Dance in Paris.
I offer a fun solfege course adapted to the needs of the student, either to complete an existing training in the form of support, or to complete a particular course of instrument. I am familiar with just about every family of instruments and I like to work on music theory by also going through the practice of the instrument if the student agrees.
I am naturally patient and gentle. I try to adapt to the needs and rhythms of my students.

This course is focused on the abilities, needs, the investment and above all the student's wishes so the results can fit to his / her personal aims. The level is so to speak secondary. The repertoire is so vast (and beautiful!) that everyone finds something pleasant to study and play.

The offered methodologies consist of the instrument appreciation, technique, style, musicality and historical contextualisation (reading and use of period treaties) if the student wishes to approach that area.
Une initiation à la basse-continue est également possible si l'élève en fait la demande. Le cours peut même porter intégralement sur cette discipline.

An introduction to thoroughbass is also conceivable on request. The course can even be fully focused on that field.

To successfully play a score in any instrument you need to know music theory. To know how to play the harpsichord you have to understand the rhythm because it is a very rhythmic music, preparing the pieces with the metronome becomes essential especially for the music of Bach. Being in license of musicology at the Sorbonne, I can train you in the harmony of perfect chords, fifth and sixth, make you discover interesting methods, cultivate you in musical history of Renaissance and Baroque etc ...
I am in the 2nd cycle of harpsichord at the Schola Cantorum, I can make you discover a wide repertoire from beginner to advanced level. I can help you progress and work a lot if you wish while remaining playful.

COURSE DESCRIPTION:
The courses will be based on the student's requirements. The method that I propose is aimed at acquiring an understanding of each musical aspect so that the student can achieve complete autonomy from the point of view of interpretation.

Starting with technical aspects of the instrument (position, flexibility, relaxation) we will address all aspects of interpretation, in particular the fundamental notions of improvisation.

TRAINING:
License in harpsichord at the Schola Cantorum Basiliensis with Prof. Francesco Corti and Master in harpsichord and basso continuo at the CNSMDP with professors Olivier Baumont and Blandine Rannou. In the same establishment I also attended teaching courses. I am a winner of several international competitions.

Looking forward to meeting you to share all my experience of musical and educational training and to spend moments of happiness in music!

Graduated with a master's degree from the Milan Conservatory, an artist certificate from the Royal Conservatory of The Hague and winner of international competitions, I teach harpsichord, piano and music theory in Paris. I accompany beginners or experts to build a solid foundation or deepen their technique, expression and musical culture. I believe that teaching music theory should never be detached from the music played, and I pursue a teaching method linking the two.
