About Me

Hi! I’m Emely. Although I’ve been playing the piano for as long as I can remember, I still recall how exciting my very first lesson was. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to perform several times at events organized by the Association of Pianists of Panama. I also competed twice and was a finalist in the national competition.

I truly love teaching and hope to recreate that special first experience of playing the piano with my students.

Education

Finished High School studies at Colegio Brader Panama and later pursued superior studies at the University of Panama in the faculty of medicine ( 2025 - Present ).

Experience / Qualifications

Expirience giving in person and online recitals held by the Association of Pianists of Panama. Also competed in the National Juvenile Piano Competition in years 2019 and 2022.

Masterclasses and tips to play better concerts and conservatory exam program and repertoire for orchestra auditions.
I speak Italian mother tongue, Spanish and English fluently, French and German. I can teach music classes in these languages.
Face-to-face and virtual classes.
Music therapy for children and adults.

Guitar, piano and vocal technique classes
One hour of theory and music theory workshop, and One hour of instrument workshop.
Classical Harmony and Jazz Harmony Classes. Prayed Solfeggio and Tuned Solfeggio. All the tools to learn how to read a score.
I let the student take his/her time to learn. I am patient and demanding, to achieve a good level in the student.

Introductory piano lessons for all ages, personalized and tailored to your learning ability. Currently, in-person lessons are available only. At home lessons are available.
I provide the material in PDF format unless the student wishes to purchase it on their own. I use the Thompson method.
I have over two years of experience in music education, 10 years studying violin and 4 years studying piano at the University of Panama.
